CSO Coordinators, CCM members from their countries, Association Presidents and Programme Officers from Francophone Africa met from 31 July to 2 August 2019 in the city of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, to strengthen civil society advocacy capacities in health financing and universal health coverage, especially in the context of domestic resource mobilization.
